1. Does anyone have a testimony to share with the group of how Peter’s boldness in Acts 2 compelled you to have a renewed zeal and passion to share the Gospel with others this week?

Engage:  Look into the Word of God in light of Sunday’s preached sermon.

2. Read Acts 2:23-41 as a group and discuss what stands out in the text.

Reflect: Look deeper at the preached and written Word.

3. How does seeing Jesus as a ‘big Christ’ change our perspective on life’s challenges and our own spiritual growth?

4. Richard said, “The Jesus of culture doesn’t save. He only soothes sinners on their way to hell.” What do you think this means? How can we ensure we’re following the true Jesus of the Bible?

5. Discuss the concept of repentance as presented in the sermon. Why is it crucial for salvation, and what does it look like in practice?

6. Richard elevated the sufficiency of Scripture over the giftedness of the speaker in persuading people to trust God. Why do many in the church seem to disbelieve this reality in our conversations with the world?
